This paper examines a scenario in which an employee has been tasked with the creation of a group to develop a plan to deal with hazardous waste spills. The group in the scenario is highly problematical and thus is going no where. This paper helps analyze the situation and then promote a course of action to develop the team toward her goal. 5-pages,no bibliography.
