This paper is a presentation of an analytical matrix. The matrix is for reading in the area of leadership including traits, gender, and motivation. Two types of matrixes will be discussed, empirical and theoretical. For purposes of this paper empirical reading material will be, the emphasis and area emphasized. The purpose of this matrix is to categorize the bodies of literature into categories to assist in organized research of the subject of leadership.
