In this brief report we analyze the following work First confession, Prodigal Son and The Sandbox by the three authors Frank O'Connor, Garrison Keillor and Edward Albee.
In all three plays we see examples of realism (very realistic characters in potentially real situations or environments) together with examples of the absurd, creating scenes that are quite surreal for the spectator.
