This paper is actually two mini papers: One on same-sex marriage and the other paper on HIV and confidentiality. Three news articles are compared concerning same-sex marriage. The writer takes the view that same-sex marriage should not be allowed because it will change the social term of marriage. The writer takes the view on confidentiality and HIV that the husband should be told due to the potential harm he might suffer from lack of knowledge and the harm that could occur to any baby brought into the world.
