In her article for Nations Business, Gloria Marullo gives a list of nine considerations that the IRS use to determine if the hobby is indeed a business and so legally entitles the entrepreneur to the appropriate tax deductions. In determining the advice that I would give to Randall I will be answering the following nine questions and then at the end summarize the advice that I would give to Randall and why.
